Return and Refund Policy
Need to return a product and/or request a refund? Please submit your request online in order to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:
Please provide your full name, day-time phone number, email address, order number, and the reason for the return. We will then get back to you if any additional information is needed and/or the RMA number with complete instructions on how to return the product(s) back to us. If you do not request a RMA number a 5% fee will apply, in addition restocking fees may apply. Upon receipt of the return in good condition and in original packaging, we will issue a refund back to original form of payment used when the order was placed. Restocking fees may apply to special orders and any deposit that was required is non-refundable.

Battery Warranty:
The period of time a battery is warranted by the manufacture varies between brands and the series within those brands. Please refer to the specific product information sheet and/or send us an email for additional information. Battery warranty does not cover:

Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service

Labor costs for battery removal and installation

Cost for recharging or use of rental batteries or vehicles

Damage due to charging system failure, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing

Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use or other incidental or consequential damages

Failures which occur outside the United
